B.S. degree (1973) in Business Administration from Lewis and Clark College, Portland
J.D. (1983) University of Puget Sound School of Law (now Seattle University); admitted to the Alaska Bar Association in 1983. Also admitted to practice before the 9th Circuit and the United States Supreme Court.

Attorney/Owner: Walker and Levesque LLC law firm – 1995 to present. The firm is a general practice with emphasis in oil and gas and municipal law. Bill represents many Alaskan municipalities as well as serving as general counsel to the Alaska Gasline Port Authority.
